Tour itinerary - 9 Days
Perth to Pinnacles
Your first day starts at 6 am, when you will get picked up from Perth to begin your adventure. Your first stop is to see the morning light hitting the iconic Pinnacles in Nambung National Park, and then you’ll continue on to Jurien Bay. Here, you can try your hand at sand boarding, and then jump in one of the off road vehicles to access your spectacular beachfront campsite. Literally, it’s right on the ocean! Take a breather as you watch the sunset over the western horizon, and listen to the waves lapping against the shore only a few meters away.
Pinnacles to Shark Bay
In the spirit of bush camping, you’ll rise early with the sun to head to your next destination, Kalbarri National Park. Here you’ll have time to explore your incredible outback surroundings, including the beautiful Murchison Gorge. Then we move onto a west coast sheep farm, where you’ll be able to check out some more unique country and have a chat to the locals. To end the day we head to Shark Bay, where another sensational camping spot within Francois Peron National Park awaits.
Monkey Mia to Coral Bay
A morning visit to see the dolphins at Monkey Mia coming in to feed is the perfect start to day three. The Coral Bay region is the next destination, where you’ll jump into our of-off road van to get to the beach and explore the sand dunes. You guessed it— this is also your campsite, another private wilderness experience under the stars, complete with a sunset and campfire.
Coral Bay to Exmouth
This morning you have countless activities to choose from to do in your free time. Join a snorkeling cruise, try a joy flight, or simply relax with a swim or a snorkel at the beautiful beach right on your doorstep. Just make sure you prepare for an amazing afternoon! This is one of the most beautiful sights of the trip, and because it’s only accessible by going off-road, you’ll be seeing something not a lot of people get to experience.
The adventure continues as we keep making our way down the coastal track and cross the famous Yardi Creek. From here, we can access Turquoise Bay for a one-of-a-kind snorkelling experience. No need for an hour long boat ride, just snap on your mask and jump in the water to observe a rainbow of coral reef and tropical fish. It’s then onto Exmouth for another free day, where you have the opportunity to swim with the friendly local whale sharks, or take the day to relax.
