Real Aussie Says:
Our 8 day Perth to Exmouth tour is a 'no frills' west coast experiences. All accommodation is in Backpackers/Budget Motels. While conditions can be basic, this is all part of the adventure. We stay in dormitory accommodation that may be mixed gender. Upgrades to single/twin/double are available at an extra cost - except at the farm-stay where we enjoy our outback experience. Our trips require a moderate level of fitness as they involve a fair bit of walking. The hike in Kalbarri National Park can be challenging. Please bring comfortable walking shoes. On some days of the trip, you will spend several hours driving, often through very sparse areas of the outback. Sit back, relax, listen to music and enjoy landscapes that you would miss in any other form of transport. Temperatures in Western Australia can be extreme. During the day the weather can be hot (and the Australian sun is strong) so please bring appropriate clothing, use sun protection and drink plenty of water. In the evening's temperatures can drop, so bring a jumper/sweater. Primarily a budget backpacker tour for the young and young at heart. Come prepared for an adventure!
