This tour visits so much of WA in just 5 days! You will explore The Pinnacles Desert at sunset which is an amazing way to see the limestone pillars and how they cast shadows across the sand.
Then you will visit the Kalbarri township before heading into Murchison Gorge in Kalbarri National Park to hike down the Z-Bend Gorge and see Natures Window. There is optional abseiling for those of you who are keen. Then we hit up Shell Beach and the Stromatolites in Shark Bay. Finally arriving at The Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort where you will see a small group of wild bottlenose dolphins coming right into the shore. Perth to Cervantes
After picking up around Perth City, our first stop is at Yanchep National Park for a close encounter with some koalas. Depending on the weather we will either visit the Caves at Yanchep Park, or have a go at sandboarding in Lancelin. After lunch we travel further up the highway to Cervantes where there is time to chill out or walk down to the ocean for a swim and maybe see some of the local Sea Lions swimming close to shore. Then it's off to Nambung National Park to see the world famous Pinnacles at Sunset, one of the best times to see them. Overnight in Cervantes (Dorms). Meal(s) included : Lunch, Dinner
Cervantes to Kalbarri
Traveling north up the coast, we pass through historical Greenough and the Wildlife Park, where an excellent rescue, rehabilitate and release program is at work. We stop to see the unique horizontal trees before arriving at the Hutt River Province, a small breakaway country and the second largest on this continent. Meet a prince and hear about his passion for his own country. Don't forget to bring your passport! The Kalbarri coast will take your breath away with its beauty, migrating whales may be seen from the cliff tops in season, enjoy a little free time in Kalbarri before a mouth-watering Aussie BBQ. Kalbarri to Shark Bay
We travel deep into Kalbarri National Park to the awesome Z-Bend gorge for some optional abseiling and a hike down into this 400 million-year-old landscape, in the season we can enjoy a swim in a secluded pool, then on to Nature's Window. After lunch, we enter the Midwest Outback, land of few people and huge sheep stations. We drop into the strange Hamelin Pool stromatolites, some of the oldest organisms on Earth and believed to be among the first producers of oxygen, before entering the World Heritage area of Shark Bay and the unique Shell Beach. Tonight we stay at the most western town in Australia overlooking the beautiful Shark Bay (Dorms) Meal(s) included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
We arrive at Monkey Mia in time to meet the world famous Bottle Nose Dolphins, enjoy a real close encounter and some free time. We stay here for the day to enjoy the various optional activities. Highly recommended is the Aristocat tour to see dugongs and the Blue Lagoon Pearl Farm. Your guide will pick you up at around 4 pm to take you back to Denham for the night (Dorms) Meal(s) included: Breakfast, Dinner
Shark Bay to Perth
We begin the journey home with a stop at Eagle Bluff, where we might see lots of wildlife, including sharks, from our cliff top spot. We arrive back in Perth at approximately 17:30.
