Our Philippines tour is packed full of inclusions over 10 days starting in Manila and heading to the island of Palawan.
With a meet and greet at the airport, you will be in the safe hands of your guide from the moment you arrive in the Philippines. On day 2 you will fly to Puerto Princesa, have cocktails by the pool and visit Iwahig prison. Day 3 it's time to visit the world famous UNESCO Underground River and go for a sunset swim in Port Barton. Then you will head north on the island of Palawan for Island hopping, snorkelling and visit a local school. Beach party, bonfire, and camp on a private beach. Enjoy glowing plankton and star-gazing. Day 5 you will cool off in a secret waterfall and swim with sea turtles! Day 6 try yoga or paddle boarding in the morning and jump on the bus to El Nido. Then it's your Philippines cultural day! Learn how to cook a chicken adobo, how to climb a palm tree as well as local games and dances. Day 8 sees you having a day out on a boat, cruise through beautiful islands and lagoons and enjoy free alcohol and barbeque! 10 Day Philippines Tour Package Itinerary - 10 days
We will meet and greet you at the airport in Manila and take you to our hostel there to settle in. Once you have checked into your 4-bed dorm and met your room mates head up to the rooftop for a Filipino BBQ. You can arrive any time today, all the action happens in the evening. We will over look the Manila skyline and get to know each other, before heading out to explore the nightlife. (D)
Manila to Palawan
Today you will fly from Manila to Palawan for your first taste of island life. We arrive at our boutique hotel, check you into your twin or double room and relax by the pool. We will visit the Iwahig prison today. Read more about this unusual place here. At night we head out for some street food and to a cultural show at Palawan's only craft brewery. (B)
After a delicious breakfast, we head to the UNESCO heritage Underground River. We jump into a small boat and are taken to this amazing place by an experienced local guide. In the afternoon, we drive along dirt roads to the beautiful village of Port Barton. Port Barton is so remote it doesn`t even have electricity for half the day! We spend the night in a beach bungalow listening to the sounds of the ocean. (B)
*** Due to recent events in the area, the Underground River may be substituted with Honda Bay. This trip takes you around the Honda Bay marine reserve, activities include swimming, snorkeling, and lunch.
Please note that snorkels will need to be rented from the kiosks on the island.
Today we are off to a remote island off the coast of Port Barton. So pack an overnight bag and stock up on beer and rum as we set sail with our private boat and local crew for a fun packed day and night. You will see some of the best snorkel spots, pristine beaches and eat the freshest food available. Grab a football, Frisbee or an ice cold beer and enjoy the sun in paradise. In the evening we pitch our tents facing the sunset, light a bonfire and party the night away on our isolated island. (L, D)
Awake to the sounds of the waves licking the edge of the beach, paradise views and the smell of a hearty breakfast cooking on the campfire. Our first stop is a local village, play basketball with the local children and see where the boatmen buy our freshly caught lunch. Snorkel with turtles, explore Starfish fields and finish the day immersed in a crystal clear, fresh waterfall. We make it back to Port Barton for a fabulous sunset. You will stay again in the beach front Filipino style bungalows in the relaxed vibes of Port Barton township. (B, L)
Enjoy a relaxing morning but the beach or have a massage. Then you'll head to El Nido, this is in the north of the Island of Palawan. In El Nido you will stay at the coolest funkiest hostel, thats more like a boutique hotel than a backpacker hostel. You have the afternoon for relaxing, then its off to a reggae beach var for dinner and some fun. El Nido has pretty good nightlife, plenty of other bars to visit late into the night.
Today is Filipino culture day in the Las Cabanas Beach area. We start the day by taking a tricycle ride to the local market where we’ll learn about the types of fresh seafood on offer as well as all the local produce as well. Afterwards we’ll take a short jungle hike to learn about the flora and fauna that grows in the lush rainforest before arriving at our exclusive beach hut for a fun filled day. Cook authentic Filipino food, climb coconut trees, try line fishing, shave a coconut, learning Filipino dances and children’s games, coconut leaf weaving and lots more. In the evening relax on Las Cabanas Beach to take in the incredible sunset where you can take the optional Zip Line. (B, L)

Get your walking shoes on today we go hiking in El Nido. Climb to the top of the limestone cliffs surrounding the town for an unbelievable view of the town, bay, and islands. The view to Cadloa island is spectacular from the top. Definitely the best views on the island! Spend the rest of your day exploring and getting to know the area and meeting the locals. We also include a traditional Filipino massage to ease those aching muscles. Tonight we have a farewell dinner by the water to say goodbye to your new friends. (B)
